The Manager Engineering - Structures manages all areas of aircraft structures reliability improvements, implementing Airworthiness Directives, Aging aircraft Program (GMM 7-13), Corrosion Prevention and Control Program, Aging Aircraft Inspection Program (7-16), Structural repairs/alterations to fleet and components, and overall structural program of the fleet.
The Manager Engineering - Structures is responsible to the General manager Engineering. Position responsibilities include:
Reporting to the Lead Mechanic/Maintenance Supervisor, Sheet Metal Mechanics perform structural repairs to aircraft and components. Mechanics are responsible for their performance during work hours to ensure that any work performed is in accordance with Company policies and procedures and applropriately rater per FAR 65.81 and 83.
The Manager-Materiels reports directly to the General Manager-Parts logistics. The Manager-Materiels will be responsible for the overall Material and Logistics support at assigned locations. This will include coordinating with the local Maintenance Management, the other Stores Management and Inventory Control to ensure aircraft material inventory is available in assigned locations to support overnight scheduled maintenance and MELs.
